Dr. Kutscher was selected as a Top Doctor in Gastroenterology by New Jersey Monthly in 2007. He has been elected a Fellow of both the American College of Physicians and the American College of Gastroenterology. He is a member of the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, the Crohns and Colitis Foundation of America, and the American Liver Foundation. His practice focuses on colon cancer screening and prevention, gastroesophageal reflux disease, inflammatory bowel disease, and liver disease.
Dr. Leonard is also a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. His clinical interests include all areas of gastroenterology and hepatology with a special interest in hepatitis, inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, colon cancer screening and nutritional support with additional training in ERCP, the Bravo system for GERD, and the PillCam.
Dr. Leonard is married with two children and enjoys photography, travel, collecting fountain pens, and when the Philadelphia Eagles win.
His clinical interests include all areas of gastroenterology and hepatology with special focus on colon cancer screening and prevention, GERD, and liver disease. He has received additional training in ERCP, BRAVO pH probe testing and the PillCam Video Capsule/Camera procedure.
Dr. Taub's interests outside of medical practice include spending time with his family, soccer, and basketball.
His clinical interests include general gastroenterology and hepatology. He is skilled in therapeutic ERCP. He also has focus on wireless capsule endoscopy and Bravo 48hr Ph monitoring.
Dr. Sheth's outside interests include traveling, golfing, exercising, and fine dining.
Dr. deLacy has been practicing in the area for 28 years. His areas of interest include ERCP, Hepatitis, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, and Video Capsule Endoscopy. He is the former Chairman of the Credentials Committee at Virtua Memorial Hospital. Dr. deLacy is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.
Dr. deLacy's outside interests include model trains, home improvement, digital photography, and playing sports.
Dr. Awsare graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 1995 and received her M.D. from Georgetown University School of Medicine in 1999. She completed her internship, residency, and fellowship training in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.
Dr. Awsare joined the medical staff at Virtua Memorial Hospital in 2005. She is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.
Dr. Awsare is married with one child.

Dr. Jitha Rai was raised in Long Island, NY. She received her medical degree at Kasturba Medical College in Manipal, India. After realizing that she wanted to pursue a career in gastroenterology, she began working as clinical research coordinator at University of California, San Francisco. There she did research in the utilization of endoscopic ultrasound. She then went on to complete her internship and residency at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Rai subsequently completed two fellowships, one in hepatology at the University of Pennsylvania and another in gastroenterology at Temple University Hospital. She joined Philadelphia Gastroenterology Consultants in 2010.
Dr. Rai joined Gastroenterology Consultants of South Jersey on May 18, 2015.
Dr. Rai has special interests in colorectal cancer screening, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, and liver disease, but treats all gastrointestinal issues.
Dr. Rai currently resides in New Jersey with her family.
